While the majority of the more than 1,200 Denver Rental License inspections and related compliance projects I have done are for individual owners, I have also been the partner to and for numerous property management companies and investor portfolios. This include inspecting over 100 separate single family homes / townhomes for Bungalow Living, Inc., over 100 apartment units for FREE United, and over 75 unique properties for Rental Friends LLC and SettleWell Realty.
On the commercial side, while again the majority of my clients are individual small-business owners, I have in the last year undertaken larger projects for 403 Airport, LLC in their recent 160,000 SF industrial / office property purchase in Aurora, the Telecommunications History Group for their 18,000 SF flex space purchase in Arvada, Green Mountain Properties, LLC / Alwith Apartment Properties LLC for their new 56-unit apartment building purchase in SW Denver, and a series of inspection projects in Colorado for multi-state cannabis operator Eaze / Green Dragon. I have done smaller due diligence inspections for ranging from laundromat purchases to flex spaces for roofing and construction companies.
